In response to Our Lord’s loving invitation “Could you not keep watch for one hour?” (Mark 14:37), we promote Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, which flows from the sacrifice of the Mass and serves to deepen our hunger for Communion with Christ and the rest of the Church.
The Blessed Sacrament is exposed in our chapel 24 hours a day except at the following times: Saturday, 9am-10pm; Sunday, 7am-9pm. We invite everyone to come and adore Our Eucharistic Lord at any time of the day and night.
We also invite you to become a regularly scheduled adorer. Because the Blessed Sacrament, when exposed, must never be left unattended even for the briefest space of time, at least two adorers must be present at every hour.
Please contact us and see what hour might best fit your schedule.
"Let us be generous with our time in going to meet Him in adoration and in contemplation that is full of faith and ready to make reparation for the great faults and crimes of the world. May our adoration never cease.” – Pope John Paul II
Perpetual adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is a great blessing for our parish. We need adorers at the following hours:
Sunday: 1:00am-2:00am
Monday: 4:00pm-5:00pm
Friday: midnight-1:00am
Friday: 2:00am-3:00am
Friday: 3:00am-4:00am
If you would like to make a weekly commitment, or be a substitute, contact us.
